Abstract

A response to D.A. Warburton's update of the Ultra-Low Chronology. There is important news from the research on Kassite chronology and Assyrian Distanzangaben which could not be addressed in Warburton's article. It will be shown that the analyses of the Distanzangaben and the Kassite chronology in fact do not only fit perfectly with each other but also fundamentally support the chronology of Michel. This article presents the very probable solution to the Assyrian Distanzangaben generations of scholars have sought for. The result eliminates the Ultra-Low Chronology from the discussion.
