Légendes elamites sur des cylindres de Persépolis

Abstract

It could well be that certain scribes from the Persepolis archives were the direct descendents of the officials at Susa mentioned in a group of Elamite texts known as the "Tablettes de l'Acropole" based on two new interpretations of the Persepolis cylinders proposed by C. Jones and published by M. Garisson (Bulletin of the Asia Insitiute 16 (2002 [2006]) 65-102). The Neo-Elamite III B Period may therefore continue into the reign of Cyrus the Great.
